Product Teams are organized towards achieving specific deliverables or products. For example, a working robot drive train and chassis or an effective media program. While skills are certainly required to achieve these deliverables, instilling skill is not the product teams' raison d'être. Getting the job done is. Product Teams are student-driven, with mentors assigned to provide guidance and knowledge. These teams are often multi-disciplined.
