DEWBOT X Ramp Riot

FTC7314 wins the scrimmage!

Hosted by team 341 (Miss Daisy) at Wissahickon High School in Ambler PA. Team 1640 has participated at Ramp Riot every year of its existence.

This turned out to be a very good event for teams Sab-BOT-age.

Our feeder team, FTC 7314 finished qualifications as 5^th seeded team and was selected as alliance partner by 1st seed FTC 4433. Together, FTC 4433 and FTC 7314 went on to win the event! This is 7314's first event victory! For FTC 7314, this was the first opportunity for the team to compete with its new 2014-2015 season robot.

FRC 1640 ended qualifications as the 4^th ranked team went on to captain the 4th alliance, comprising FRC 1676 (Pascack Pi-oneers, Montvale NJ), FRC 708 (Hardwired Fusion, Horsham PA) and FRC 321 (RoboLancers, Philadelphia PA). Our alliance ended up as Finalists.

Ramp Riot marks the final competition for FRC 1640's DEWBOT X, the robot which took us to the finals of the FRC Championship last April. DEWBOT X is officially retired and the team is preparing for the 2015 build season.
