FRC 1640 are MAR and NEWTON CHAMPIONS for 2013! Quite a year. Many thanks to our alliance partners.

Boy Scouts Robotics Merit Badge counseling FTC and FRC students are now able to fulfill the requirements of the Boy Scouts robotics merit badge. We hope to expand this program.

Downingtown Area Robotics is initiating a FIRST Tech Challenge program with one FTC team starting in September. We are seeking students entering 7^th grade or higher in Chester County. Anyone interested in joining or mentoring please contact us at FRC1640@gmail.com. Students successfully participating in FTC will become eligable to step up to the FRC program upon entering High School.

Downingtown Area Robotics will be hosting two Penn FLL FIRST LEGO League events at the CCIU this Fall: A scrimmage on 23-November and a Qualifier on 7-December.
