Tasks Reflections
Plan for Match Practice
  • Practice Gracious Professionalism at all times.
  • Goal is to simulate an event day with scheduled matches. We will run a full autonomous, then full teleop. All debris will be dispersed prior to the match. Each match will be scored and recorded. The pit team will be allowed access to the robot after each match. The pit team will prepare the robot for the next scheduled match when time appropriate. Drive team and pit crew will manage the battery charging of phones. The robot will need to be removed from the field between matches. The pit crew will communicate that the robot is ready for next match.

Drive team members are the only team members allowed near playing field.

  • Roles:

Pit Crew Roaming Judges Battery Team: Manage batteries for the day. Responsible to deliver best battery to drive team for current match. Batteries will need to be measured using our Battery Beak.

  • Time Keeper will announce the start of each match.

Scorekeeper will score the match, auto and teleop. ( Scout app may do this for us.)

  • Scouting: Scouts will scout each match independently. Results will be reviewed for accuracy. More info on this later…. TODO
Programming
  • Tuned the inside autonomous routines to include the changes and accurate distances. We won't worry too much about the beacon, as our paddles are programmed to the height of the official beacon, not the one at our shop.
