There are a number of different sites we can end up with.

Foster met with Lee on 9 June 2010 to talk and see some of the sites.

Central Office Loading Dock

The main space is 13' x 40' (520 sqft) with 20' ceiling. At the rear of the space is an area 16' x 13' (200 sqft) (that is under a 19' x 13' (220sq ft) overhang/loft. The loft space can be used for storage (limit is 125 lbs per sq foot).

There is a 24' x 17' (400 sqft) room that is the current data center. Behind it is a 10' x 10' closet.

The space is at the far end of the building. We would get access to the two bathrooms, the break area, the conference room (18' x 40' @ 720 sqft) and the shipping room off of the dock that's 22' x 10'. There are six tables in the conference room that would work for 6 teams. The shipping room would hold 4 VEX teams. If we could use the three offices at that end of the building there would be room for the CAD teams.

(total robot space is 2400 sqft)

There is no 208 power in this building, we would need to get a rotary conversion unit about $600+shipping. (Scott recommended getting one for ~7HP to be able to run both machines at the same time)

Micken Building

Total space in the building is 7200 sqft. There is both 120/240 volt single and 208 volt three phase power available.

The space is divided into many offices. On the right side of the building are two larger areas with a wall between them. If the wall was removed it would create a practice area for the FRC robot. According to Lee the suspended ceiling (8') is 3' below the original ceiling. It would be possible to pull the suspended ceiling down from the practice area and get 11' of clearance.

Central Office Warehouse

There is 20,000 sqft in the warehouse. There is about 2000 sqft that is finished that would work as programming / design space. There is both 120/240 single and 208 three phase power available. '

This space is the most likely to be sold fastest.
