DEWBOT VII
- Review with Drivers, Coach, Observers/Video
- Plug in DS & tether robot
- Bumper color
- Arm tension
- Pivot alignment, spacers, axle nuts
- Wheel treads & hub SHCS tight
- Pulley set screws & heights
- Claw tilt, elbow looseness, linkage & mandible nylocks
- Fanger's deployment rollers & standoffs tight
- Cylinders in starting configuration
- Close deployment vent valve
- Fanger loaded & cylinder retracted
- At pressure 120psig upstream
- Unplug tether, plug in radio & camera
- Switch battery (charge used one)
- Velcro arm
- Bring Fanger, DS, gloves, Velcro, HP signs (optional)
Fanger
- Friction drive surgical tubing
- Fang surgical tubing (can be pretty bad)
- PVC clip intact/straight/tight
- Wires connected to switches & motors
- Motor burnout
- Motor brackets & fang fit (on mini-Post)
- Battery (charge used one if switched)
