Pit Checklist

DEWBOT VII

  1. Review with Drivers, Coach, Observers/Video
  2. Plug in DS & tether robot
  3. Bumper color
  4. Arm tension
  5. Pivot alignment, spacers, axle nuts
  6. Wheel treads & hub SHCS tight
  7. Pulley set screws & heights
  8. BaneBot gearbox tightness
  9. Claw tilt, elbow looseness, linkage & mandible nylocks
  10. Mighty Mouse's deployment rollers & standoffs tight
  11. Cylinders in starting configuration
  12. Close deployment vent valve
  13. Mighty Mouse loaded & cylinder retracted
  14. At pressure 120psig upstream
  15. Unplug tether, plug in radio & camera
  16. Switch battery (charge used one)
  17. Velcro arm
  18. Bring Mighty Mouse, DS, gloves, Velcro, HP signs (optional)

Mighty Mouse

  1. Friction drive surgical tubing
  2. Fang surgical tubing (can be pretty bad)
  3. PVC clip intact/straight/tight
  4. Wires connected to switches & motors
  5. Motor burnout
  6. Motor brackets & fang fit (on mini-Post)
  7. Battery (charge used one if switched)

If anything's wrong, use the next-rank Mighty Mouse

Post-Match

  1. Review with Drivers, Coach, Observers/Video
  2. Drive team recap
  3. Review next match scouting
  4. Set next match strategy with alliance
  5. Review changes with Pit Crew

Pre-Match

  1. Re-check wheels, pressure, claw in queue
  2. Remove claw bungee cord
  3. Autonomous switch set
  4. Robot on (at FTA direction)
  5. Aligned correctly
  6. Check deployment vent valve is closed
  7. Mighty Mouse's battery plugged in
  8. Mighty Mouse on
  9. Mighty Mouse's grenade pin in
  10. Mighty Mouse's deployment vent closed
  11. Ensure DS sees all joysticks and Cypress I/O
