Money is one of our critical resources that needs to be carefully managed. The Finance Team's roll is to manage our funds.
Downingtown Area Robotics gets funding from a number of sources from grants, sponsorship, fund raising events, etc. It is important that we track all the sources of income.
Since we are a year round robotics program we need to manage our cash flow so that money is available in the fall for deposits, etc.
The Finance Team makes a monthly finance report to the Steering Committee.
