Program Management is responsible for overall coordination between the teams, schedule management, work with finance on cash flow managemnt, etc. Program Management works with all the groups to make sure that all aspects of the team works together smoothly.
Shown here is the DEWBOT V shipping crate with the Program Managment Team's motto on it: Hope is NOT an engineering strategy. We work with all the teams to get them to the point that they know their part will work and work well.
