Program Management is responsible for overall coordination and ensuring communications between the individual work teams, overall schedule management, work with the [Finance Team] on cash flow management, etc. Program Management works with all the groups to make sure that all aspects of the team works together smoothly.
This is the most difficult team to work on, the team has no power but needs to use influence and project management skills to make things happen. Since Downingtown Area Robotics is a 100% volunteer organization we can't "make people stay" or "force them to work harder".
