Gear catching prototype CADed, another prototype requested. Climbing mechanism prototype also designed in SolidWorks. - Madi Wyatt
CAM Team Lead: Patrick Worked with 3D splicing and printing software in order to produce a tachometer mount to test the speeds of the new CVT Pivots. 4 models were produced each needing adjustments or a cleaner print. In the end it turns out that the design needs a total overhaul because the mount interferes with bearings that shift locations to control the speed and performance of the module.
