|1/4 c balsamic vinegar || 1 c whole kernel corn

|1/4 c cider vinegar || 1 c chopped red bell pepper

|2 Tbsp brown sugar || 3/4 c chopped onion

|1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice || 1/3 c minced fresh cilantro

|1/2 tsp ground cumin || 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

|1 garlic clove, minced

Combine last five ingredients in a large bowl.  Bring first seven ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan.
 
Reduce heat and simmer two minutes or until sugar dissolves.  Combine vinegar mixture with vegetable mixture.
 
Stir well.  Cover and chill.
